| The board administrator has requested that all new registered users must agree to the following terms before registering and using the services on the board "Lady GaGa Boards". Please read the following terms and if you agree to them, select the "I agree" button found at the bottom of the terms. |
1. On Posting:
1.1 - On the subject and content
1.1.1 - No hate on Lady GaGa. You can speak your mind, critize and even express you don't like her but explicit hate messages won't be tolerated.
1.1.2 - No hate on other artists, specially other pop singers. Explicit messages won't be tolerated either.
1.1.2.1 - Avoid creating threads that make comparation between Lady Gaga and other musicians or between other musicians and other musicians in order
to express hate or alleged superiority of one of the artists involved in the discussion.
1.1.3 - Explicit hate on other members is not tolerated.
1.1.4 - Posts with explicit sexual content are not accepted on categories where sex content should not be posted. Pornography is allowed in the sex
zone and should not be accessed by people who are not legally overage in the territory they are accessing the content. Child pornography or violent
pornography aren't tolerated at all.
1.1.5 - "Be Polite" rule applies here. Bad language is tolerated to certain points. The usage of bad language to bash members or public people
won't be tolerated.
1.1.6 - All public messages should be written in English. English is the primary language of communication in this forum.
1.1.7 - Prejudice is not tolerated here.
1.1.8 - Personal messages (also messages target at specific member) should not be posted for general forum reading unless it's subject is related to
birthdays. For personal messages use the U2U.
1.2 - On spamming and bumping
1.2.1 - Do not spam a thread with consecutive posts.
1.2.2 - Do not make useless/non-sense posts.
1.2.3 - Do not bump a thread unless you are posting something that is relevant to bring the discussion back. If your thread/poll received no
reply/vote it's therefore cause nobody showed interest on it.
1.3 - On Polls
1.3.1 - Polls should have at least two options.
2. On Signatures, Avatars and Images
2.1 - Content
2.1.1 - Explicit sex images won't be allowed when creating or replying to a thread and on public signatures. Sexual images are allowed in the Sex
Zone area (in posts only).
2.1.2 - For the forum organization, images in signatures should not exceed 550px in Width and 600px in Height.
2.1.3 - For the forum organization, Do not use more than 3 medium-large images on your signature.
2.1.4 - The recommended size for avatars is 100x100px, However, you are allowed to use avatars up to 150px in Width and 200px in Height.
2.1.5 - Gifs are allowed to be used in the avatar or in the signature but it should not surspass the size of 750kb.
3 - On The Account
3.1 - On the usage
3.1.1 - You are the only person responsible for any activity on your account.
3.1.2 - You should not share your account login with anyone.
4 - GaGaBoards.com
4.1 - Staff Activity
4.1.1 - Gagaboards.com staff (Super Administrators, Administrators, Super Moderators and Moderators) take the liberty to edit/delete/move posts,
threads or polls created by any member of the forum.
4.1.2 - The forum staff is allowed to take any measure in order to keep the safety of the board itself and it's members.
4.2 - Privacy Policy
4.2.1 - Gagaboards.com is in no way responsible for the posts made by any members.
4.2.2 - Gagaboards.com is in no way responsible for products trading (related or not to Lady Gaga) made in the forum. |
